We are all doing mistake to eat too sweet at breakfast. But the best way to be full of energy the whole morning is to add good fats and proteins. The chia seeds are rich in omega-3 and protein. The oats are great source of carbohydrates.
You can also add extra topping as nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts…), fresh fruits…as you wish.
Overnight Oats – Vegetable Milk Chia

5 tablespoons coconut milk
5 tablespoons coconut water OR 10 tablespoons almond milk or other vegetable milk
4 tablespoons organic oatmeal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon acacia honey -Fruit or coulis
Directions
- In a jar, add milk/coconut water, honey and mix.
- Add oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well. And put some fresh fruits at the top if you wish.
- Enjoy with a warm drink without sugar for a morning full of energy.
- You’re done! So easy!

- Any vegetal milk can replace the coconut milk.
